WickWall Terms of Use

Effective Date: July 29, 2026 Last Updated: July 29, 2026

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the WickWall platform (the “Services”), operated by Wickwall LLC (“WickWall,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read these Terms and our Privacy Policy carefully before using the Services.

By using the Services or registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old, meet any eligibility requirements described below, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization or league (an “Organization”), “you” also includes that Organization, and you represent you have authority to bind it to these Terms.

PLEASE SEE SECTION 13 REGARDING GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.

1. WickWall Services and User Roles

Our Services allow Users to organize and manage a Team, maintain a roster of Players, and schedule Events (games, practices, and related activities), including arranging friendly games with other Teams on the platform. Users can post, edit, and share schedules, rosters, and related information about Players and Teams (collectively, “User Content”), which may include information about minors (“Player Data”) entered by a coach or parent/guardian.

Our Users generally fall into these categories:

  • Registered User — provides a name, email address, and password (or signs in with Google or Apple) to create a WickWall account.
  • Team Admin — a Registered User (typically a coach, league official, or Organization designee) with administrative control over a Team’s roster and schedule.
  • Guest — someone who views shared schedule information without creating an account.

Any personal information we collect about Users and Players is handled in accordance with these Terms and our Privacy Policy. As a general matter, Team Admins are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of Player Data they manage.

2. Eligibility and Account Responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years old to register for a WickWall account. Children under 13 do not create accounts or log into the Services; any Player Data about a minor is entered and managed by the Team Admin or parent/guardian responsible for that minor.

You agree that:

  • All information you provide during registration is true, accurate, current, and complete, and you will keep it updated;
  • You will not create an account for anyone other than yourself (except where expressly authorized to register on behalf of an Organization);
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your password confidential;
  • You will not sell, transfer, or share your account with another person.

3. Your Responsibilities for User Content and Player Data

You represent and warrant that: (i) any User Content you post complies with these Terms and applicable law; (ii) you own or have the necessary rights to post the User Content; and (iii) you are solely responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of User Content you submit.

Minor Data. If you post Player Data about a minor under 13, you represent that either (a) you are that minor’s parent or guardian and consent to the use of their Player Data as described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy, or (b) you have obtained verifiable parental or guardian consent to submit that information, and will provide proof of that consent upon request. If a parent or guardian withdraws consent, you agree to promptly remove the relevant Player Data, and if notified, we will endeavor to remove it from the Services.

You are responsible for your interactions with other Users, including coaches and Teams you arrange games with through the Services. We are not responsible for the conduct of Team Admins, Organizations, or other Users, including their scheduling decisions, whether they show up for a scheduled game, or how they manage Player Data for their Teams.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or to harass, abuse, threaten, or harm any person, including a minor;
  • Post content that is defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, other accounts, or our systems;
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the operation of the Services;
  • Misrepresent your identity or your authority to manage a Team or submit Player Data;
  • Use Player Data, or contact information for other Teams and coaches obtained through the Services, for any purpose other than legitimate team scheduling and management — including any marketing, recruiting, or solicitation.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, and may report violations to law enforcement where appropriate.

5. Subscriptions and Payment

Certain features may require a paid subscription (“Subscription”). Where we offer paid features, the following applies:

  • Pricing and billing frequency are presented at the time of purchase, in U.S. Dollars.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current price unless canceled before renewal. By subscribing, you authorize us (through our payment processor) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
  • You may cancel at any time through account settings or by contacting privacy@wickwall.com; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
  • We may change pricing with advance notice; continued use after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
  • You must promptly notify us of any billing disputes within 30 days of the charge; we’ll work with you in good faith to resolve it.
  • If we later make the Services available through an app store (such as the Apple App Store or Google Play), purchases made there may also be subject to that store’s billing and cancellation terms.

6. Wally, Our AI Assistant

The Services include an AI assistant (“Wally”) that can answer questions about your schedule and prepare actions on your behalf. To provide it, we send your messages and relevant Team information to a third-party AI provider, as described in our Privacy Policy.

  • Wally does not make changes on its own. Any action that would alter your schedule, roster, or requests is presented to you as a draft and takes effect only after you confirm it.
  • AI output can be wrong or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing what Wally proposes before confirming it, and for independently verifying game times, locations, and other details that matter.
  • Do not enter sensitive information into the assistant that is not needed for team scheduling — including medical, financial, or government identification details about any person.

7. Ownership and License

Your content. You retain ownership of the User Content and Player Data you submit. You grant WickWall a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and use that content solely as necessary to operate, provide, and improve the Services. Unlike some platforms, we do not use your Player Data or User Content for advertising or promotional purposes outside the Services, and we do not use it to train AI models.

Our content. We and our licensors own all right, title, and interest in the Services and their underlying software, design, and trademarks. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for their intended purpose. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from the Services except as the Services’ own functionality expressly allows.

8. Third-Party Services

The Services may link to or integrate with third-party tools (such as payment processors, calendar and scheduling apps you import from, mapping providers, or sign-in providers). We are not responsible for the practices, content, or availability of third-party services, which are governed by their own terms.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Schedule and roster information is provided as a convenience — you are responsible for independently confirming game times, locations, and the safety of any in-person activities. We do not screen, verify, or endorse the teams, coaches, or organizations you may connect with through the Services. WickWall is not a backup service; you should not rely on the Services as the sole copy of important information.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WickWall and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars ($100) or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers or liability limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WickWall and its officers, employees, and affiliates from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Services, your User Content or Player Data, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 7, 9, 10, 11, and 13) will survive.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Informal resolution first. Before filing a claim, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at privacy@wickwall.com. We’ll do the same. Most disagreements can be sorted out this way, and we ask for 60 days to try.

If a dispute is not resolved within 60 days, it will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, and you and WickWall each consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Either party may still bring an individual claim in small claims court.

14. General Provisions

  • Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other posted policies, are the entire agreement between you and WickWall regarding the Services, superseding any prior agreements.
  • Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest of the Terms remain in effect.
  • No waiver. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
  • Assignment. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent; we may assign ours in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
  • App stores. If you access the Services through an app store, your use is also subject to that store’s terms, which we don’t control.
  • Changes to these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time, posting the updated version with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
